A study of common, state, and federal laws applicable to nonunion employees, including at-will employment; workers compensation; the Fair Labor Standards Act; the Occupational Safety and Health Act; pension laws; and employer liability for employee screening, testing, and referrals.
This elective course is normally offered every year.
